For the little reason this came up in the contention during work. If the deaf chairman talked about the crime by the translator, could the translator afterwards inform the crime as well as have it still be accessible in justice even yet they have sealed the confidentiality agreement?

Interpreters MUST be confidential, only exception is the same as a psychiatrist, when injury or murder or whatever is involved.

I think it would depend on the crime. If a person was hurt it may fall under the same Duty to Report laws that Health Care workers are governed by.
