“Sanctus spiritus” or “spiritus sanctus” is the Latin for “Holy Spirit” – the words can be placed either way around.
There is no “e” at the beginning of “spiritus”; in Spanish and Portuguese the word for “spirit” *does* have an “e” at the beginning ( “espíritu” in Spanish, “espírito” in Portuguese) and Spanish speaking people often pronounce “Spiritus” as though there were an “e” at the beginning. But there is no “e” at the beginning in Latin.
If it is the Spanish for “Holy Spirit” you are looking for, it’s “Espíritu Santo”

Holy Spirit in Latin is Spiritus Sanctus or Sanctus Spiritus. Spiritus Sanctus is far more common, but the meaning is the same and both are actually used in liturgical texts in the Catholic Church.
“Espiritus” is half Spanish (Espíritu), half Latin (Spiritus).
