Shakespeare Made Easy: Romeo and Juliet
or
Simply Shakespeare: Romeo and Juliet.
You can buy used copies at Amazon.com for a very cheap price. There is one other type of books like this, but these two are better for their interpretation. They have the right side of the page for the real Shakespearean script and the left side is an interpretation.

No Fear Shakespeare — Romeo and Juliet.
http://www.amazon.com/Romeo-Juliet-Shakespeare-ROMEO-JULIET/dp/B001TKW7H4/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1240614565&sr=8-2
I used one of these when I read Hamlet. It made it so much easier to understand. Good Luck! =D
