I would personally choose the School of Translation and Interpretation at the University of Ottawa.
If not, Laval University in Quebec City is pretty good in French/English, English/French Translation.
Look into McGill as well.
I would not follow Matthew’s advice, whose comment was deeply ignorant. Canadian French is only anglicized when spoken colloquially (but not everywhere), what you’ll learn in school or will be required to speak in any formal situations is as standard as the French you’ll find in Europe.
If people really knew the history of French Language, they would understand that the French of France is not as pure as people say it is.

Honestly, you’d be better off in France. I speak French pretty much fluently, but I have a hard time understanding the Québecois. It is very anglisised and has a lot of regional slang. Personally, I prefer the French of France.
